Personal Data Protection and GDPR

The facility operator processes personal data and therefore requires consent for data processing in accordance with Regulation (EU) 679/2016 of the European Parliament and the Council on the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (GDPR), as well as Czech law no. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data and amendments to certain laws.

By sending a reservation message via email, submitting a reservation form, or contacting our company via phone, I grant the accommodation facility Terasy Sedlec (hereinafter referred to as the Controller) consent to process my personal data under the conditions specified below:

1. Personal data to be processed:

• First and last name
• Email address (if provided)
• Phone number (if provided)
• Address (if provided)
• Other personal data provided by the subject

2. Purpose of processing personal data:

Creating an accommodation reservation

3. Data processing period:

5 years

Declaration of the data subject:

By sending an email, submitting a reservation form, or contacting us by phone, the data subject declares that they have been properly informed about the processing and protection of personal data, that the provided personal data is accurate and truthful, and is given voluntarily. Furthermore, the data subject understands and agrees that consent to data processing can be revoked at any time by sending an email notification to gdpr@terasysedlec.cz. Additionally, the data subject understands and agrees that consent to personal data processing granted at the time of booking or upon check-in is mandatory. If consent is revoked before or during the stay, the accommodation cannot be provided or continued, leading to termination without compensation.

Data subject information:

The Controller hereby informs the data subject, in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 of the European Parliament and the Council of April 27, 2016, on the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), that:

• The personal data of the data subject will be processed based on their free consent under the conditions specified above.
• The reason for providing personal data is the data subject's interest in the accommodation provided by the Controller.
• The Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer, has not assigned personal data processing to any processor, and has not designated a representative for compliance with the Regulation.
• The Controller does not intend to transfer the data subject's personal data to a third country, international organization, or other third parties.
• The data subject has the right to withdraw their consent at any time, request access to their personal data, request corrections or deletions, restrict processing, and object to processing.
